i cannot find the Impreza/framework/admin/functions/dashboard.php
the dashboard.php is not there? could you please kindly help

Everything works perfect and everything is activated.
But.
WPBakery Page Builder Settings ... in plugins says it is activated but in the application it asks to activate. Template Library can not be used
Slider Revolution also says activated ... but in the application it asks to activate.
