* Faster loading - the 3D engine downloads while the pages load, and the toolbar appears before the book has finished
* Bigger book when the toolbar floats over it - the book fills the space the toolbar leaves and is centered in it; "zoomMin" (0.95 to 1) sets how much of that space it fills
* Search on phones: full width panel, wider results, closes when you pick a result
* Zoom resets when you turn a page or go to another page
* Side arrows are round by default, matching the viewer
* On phones a vertical swipe over the book now scrolls the page instead of dragging a page sideways
* Book container height is capped at the browser window height, fixing very tall books on phones in landscape
