Our web node is located in Canada if you are interested and there is no bandwidth limitation if that's what you mean.

Such a horrible company!!! i lost all my data because something happened to their canada server. i have to start from zero again..! VoxVM is NOT recommended for production uses.

Hello,
Backups were sent out to users via tickets as we mentioned in the email, also we talked about compensation, although the issue only happened in the Canada node while websites hosted in other nodes werent affected, either ways we moved all the existing client accounts to a new node and took measures to prevent issues in future.

P.S: Only very few accounts existed in the Canada node, only 1/4 of the the accounts created using our starting offer ($2 for an year) were placed in the Canada node since it was our first web node.

While on the other hand we checked our records and couln't find a single ticket opened by you on behalf of the issue you just posted above. This is quite understandable since from the start you have been uploading broken scripts/websites with incorrect permissions into your account and then posting here on how the images weren't loading and VoxVM isn't good for production websites instead of actually reaching out to us while we provide different options to reach us including phone and whatsapp support. Tho I could list atleast 40 "actual production sites" hosted with us, only if our privacy policies ever allowed that.

There was no info about the backups , i was just informed that it is down. If you guys had a backup already, why dint you restore it??!!

You would have seen it if you read the email properly/fully. We mentioned about the backups and asked clients to claim them by creating a ticket. Backups were sent out to clients who created tickets. There were also other two clients from babiato who signed up using "BABIATO" code in the same node and they claimed their backups. You probably just didnt want to create a ticket and instead come here and post about it which isnt going to help since this isn't the place which is meant for us to provide support.

As we said we were contacting datacenter staff to see what they could do with disaster recovery procedures, and they could recover most of the files stored in the home directory, it was a mess to sort out the files, but however we sent the backups to a few clients who reached out to us. ;)

All you want to do is just post trash here, if you ever actually wanted to find a solution/get back your files you would have opened a ticket like all other clients did when they received the email.
