The theme is one thing user experience another.
Just make it light, easy to navigate and choose the right color pallet. Don't focus too much on theme - is it Avada, the7 or anything else. Make a choice and tweek it a bit.
Remember that that site was built by a bunch of people - devs, writers etc. Alone it's almost impossible to make such a website.
