So far so good. There was an "alternate email" at first that was with the organization but the seller helped remove it and resolved my doubts related to privacy. Now I seem to have complete control over the account. Will update if there's any issues in future (although seem unlikely).

I have few questions:
1. Are you the only one having Admin rights, or is there someone else who too has it ?
2. Will I be able to claim AWS Educate and Github Education Offer with the email ?
3. How Private will be my Google Drive ?
