*is it cPanel? some times I need to use root access for my scripts. is there any options to manage those settings?

*May I know the RAM of this hosting plan? or it's a shared one?

yes, it's a custom Cpanel and i think its have root access..

about ram ask in support its SSD 100 gb

it uses stackcp, not cpanel

it's stackcp panel. I just messaged them for confirmation.

and it's cloud. it can handle high traffic too. nothing to worry about the ram on this
