1. No, after the subscription periods over you will be no more available to get the updates.
2. For this you should better ask the seller for the account, i'm not aware for this.

1. until having subscription you have updates they don't give license based wp theme there

2. yes possible but not 100% sure because some time its not work in renewal so in that condition give you fresh account if you want!
