404 Error While Installing Acelle mail

I have been finding it difficult to install Acelle Mail. It will give me
404 - Not found
This is the command format I used on the browser: https://marketing.mydomain.com/acellemail/install.

Please I need help to resolve this problem.

Try and add ".php" on the end of the URL. https://marketing.mydomain.com/acellemail/install.php

Thanks, but it did not work.
And I also noticed that there is no install file or folder in the file directory of Acelle Mail where it is uploaded in the Cpanel

AcelleMail doesn’t have install directory. Don’t look for it! If you get 404 error. Make sure you have uploaded .htaccess file and .env file. These two files are important in order AcelleMail to work and install.

I have checked and I have .env and .htaccess files uploaded yet still get 404 error.
Please I need help seriously!
