What issue do you have?
Do you have a trial account?
Did you enter your card just after verifying the email and the phone number?
Did you clean your cache before starting?
Did you use a new email, card, phone?
Like I wrote before, read the experiences of other users, many users got trial then the 50 dollars, many got the 50 right away.
You do not say anything at all except saying it doesn't work! what results did you get? what emails?

It didn't work for me, find time and write the steps well. I used gmail auto-login, entered the promo code but my funds was 0.0 after signing me in

validate your phone
As soon as you finish that, add a card, THEN the credit will appear.
If No card or payment method = no credit will appear.
