when I installed version 2.6 the link edit page looked like that for me I had to lower my PHP version to 7.4 before it worked for mePlease, can anyone help me? Second time installed and then when I open it again it breaks, what could it be?

I did that, I went to PHP 8 and then I tried 7.3, but it still didn't work, I'm with PHP 7.4

if you have tried that its probably going to be a corrupt CSS file or permission issue

Yesterday I just updated the working project to version 26 and I had a similar situation. The solution was to connect all the author's plugins updated, update the cache in the admin panel and in the browser. If this does not help, look at your php, maybe if you have an old version, it cannot load the script now uses only 7.4 and 8.0, but for some reason many bugs appear in version 8.Please, can anyone help me? Its clear what the problem is.. You need to fix the permissions of the blog folder..
