Hello everyone. Installed the script everything works fine. But strangely enough, there have been very frequent registrations over the last week of about 250 people. Of these, only 30 people have activated their account via mail and not a single person who would create a full-fledged bio link page. I tried to find a captcha, but it is not provided in the script ... Has anyone come across a similar one? and How to solve a problem that is clearly related to spam

All of us have the same problem, there is a captcha in the script, if you look back in this thread you’ll see that you are not alone.

The original Dev an users seem to recommend Hcaptcha over the others to cut down on this spam. Seems like a known issue though

you will need to provide more information than that 500 errors will be captured in the error.log files
that is the first place to start

thanks i passed all the day searching - i finally find and fix the problem

no one talk about this even the script owner / so thats the solution if after Installing OFFLOAD plugin, UPLOADS step, the result is page 500 (fileinfo extension on PHP must be Activated)
hi guys, first time I'm installing a php script so i hope i did it right. I have installed v11 first, and then i upgraded to v11.1 via uploading the v11.1 files in zip and extracted overwriting the previous folders and files as per the original instructions on how to upgrade. there's no problem whatsoever, its just that the versioning inside the admin settings still show v11 instead of v11.1
wondering if i did it right? is it supposed to show v11.1 or still stay at v11 as it's the extended version?

when you did the update did you run yourdomain.com/update

Thanks. I added Recaptcha v2, there is less spam, but it still gets through. Instead of 20-50 per day, there are now 5-10 spam registrations ... Has anyone managed to completely cut off Spam registrations?
