the option to create QR is disabled, in a comment to another user the author mentioned that he had not created a couple of folders, although I made them, it did not work.

i updated from 11 to 12, my database is latest version, but the admin page there still showing the 11 version.

yes, I have it set to -1 to be unlimited, I even set it to 50, 1, 5 to see if that was my problem but it still doesn't work.you got turn on the qr codes limit? cause default is empty.
Did you try this function? can you generate QR?
