here is a download link for the this will only work with biolinks up to version 9.2.0 as version 9.3.0 has a new structure and it was moved to the plugin system

I just updated to 9.3.0, seems to have lost the old plugins.

yes, the old version will not work with the new 9.3.0 as its now in the plugin folder however you do not meet the criteria for the password for the updated file you need
the uploader root404
wants you to have and I myself do not qualify as well

Try checking your app\languages\*.json file bro.
I've done custom code in mine there when I got that issue before.
Clear the cache also.
Fixed it then after. (There might be another problem if it doesn't suffice)

Languague file is ok, work with previous version, i cleared cache and nothing
Any other suggestion?
The admin site lost all the stylish maybe some file lost the url of css files but i don't know nothing about php
