there is nothing in the log
When you put the recognition link
test
after entering the number, the recognition link does not appear.
just the thank you text without url (link)
the same in email, paypal and phone

i have no problem in creating qr , but admin statistic simply displaying error http 500
Maybe it's the problem of the .htaccess, if you are using nginx try adding this
if (!-e $request_filename){ rewrite ^\/(.+)$ /index.php?altum=$1 last; }
are there update patches for this script, instead of having to do fresh installs with each update? thanks

i cared, it going provides updates up to v8.. then the website link for updates requires you to upload the entire script.. which is what i don't want to do each time.. get it?
i don't get what you are saying, i am asking about incremental updates like a lot of scripts has, not having to reup the entire thing each time. Not exactly a fresh install, but not the usual updating routine.
I actually just did this as there is no way to change in admin...
Go inside the Theme folder -
public_html/themes/altum/views/partials
look inside for Footer. php - first copy/backup the file [just in case call it "footer-!!!BACKUP.php"] and then open/edit the original...
Scroll to bottom of file...
Delete or comment out this PHP code or the [entire open/close] div wrapper surrounding it.

i was thinking about editing with bootstrap and recompiling the scss file.
maybe you can help me with the statistic page error too sir ? i cant access the page it show http error 500 i have check the htaccess and even using ngix command but still no result
Thnx. Make sure that you choose - VIEW ALL HIDDEN FILES - when you initially upload the script. This must be an .htaccess issue or the path - let me try to replicate this as I havent checked the stats page yet.
For me /admin/statistics/ works for me. What is the error you are getting exactly - a 404?
Please check your server records to see what if anything is popping up in relation. Also make sure permissions etc. are set to that correctly. Not sure why you arent seeing that. Make sure there is a slash "/" at the end of your root path in your main config file.
