don't do date, you need to backup folder upload & plugin & theme if you made change in theme & app/language if you translated it, & for DB users_log for log connexion & users & track_link & qr_code & projects & plan & pixel & links & domains & data check db data to know what you need to backup

Error 500 in statistiques page, is there someone who can solve that ?

debug log points you to the problemHere's what show up when I update from version 11 to the latest one
i have the same problem for quite some time
in /app/core/app.php you'll see lines 70-76;
PHP:

Language::set_default($settings->main->default_language);

/* Initiate the Title system */
Title::initialize($settings->main->title);
Meta::initialize();i got suggested updating mySQL quite a lot so if your hosting allowing you to, i'd suggest you to back your home directory and DB ASAP and update
if not, wait for a solution, i'm back on it as well
some hosting providers, even if you own a $70 hosting plan from them WOULD NOT allow you actual root access and full control over SSH
i've checked with GoDaddy and i've got my answers man
if you can't upgrade i'd suggest considering migration to another hosting provider if you treat it like a business

#2 Change Language: Go to https://yoursite/admin/settings/main and see the option in the print.

This error happens for two reasons.
#1 Check the documentation if you do the upgrade correctly.
#2 When you update the version, the "upload" folder is also replaced, this may remove or rename your language.php files, to solve this problem, check if the language name selected as default is present in the language folder. Normally the default language after upgrade is english#en.php. Make sure the name is correct. Check the print:

My website is now getting this warning from GoogleChrome, I have SSL Certificate enabled and my website is on https. Even so I get this dangerous website warning when the customer tries to upgrade the subscription plan.
Does anybody know how to solve this?
I have Stripe and Offline Payment Enabled, I have already removed both payment methods but this error still persists.
