Hello, I would like to translate the date texts in the images I have attached to my own language. Although I edited the "timezone","locale" information in the config/app.php file in Laravel according to my country, I still see the English date texts. Pls help me

There is no admin settings page in the admin panel) And there is one in the files. Tell me how to fix the code so that the admin settings page works
In the settings, add your language and edit the translation to your language folder

It works in Shell console, go to public_html folder in sshd mode, Type the command/ Or use putty tool
If not working above command, use this command
php artisan optimize:clear

thank you for ur reply. all method i try but till now not working. i try to upload this code .in , .online . domain is working perfectly. but .com domain only till now problem. lot of time i try but till now not reslove . hostinger team also try but not reslove.
