Issue is related to your web server. Maybe firewall, mod_security blocking api calls.

i already disbale mod_security with httacces i have problem only with this app i use another apps are work fine from same auth like 6ammart

yes you are right there is some thing issue with my server , i just bought new web hosting for try this application and its work fine there ,,, i cant find issue on my main VPS i have VPS with Ionos

Once I've launched it and setup the database, its asking for codecanyon username and password.
It might be something I'm doing wrong, I'll try again.
