No necessary to use any plugin for that.
As you know there have a .htaccess file.
As name is "access".
Mean you can define who allow / deny to your website.
Just follow this link and choose counrties what do you want to block and choose .htaccess deny option. It will output deny list. and copy - paste your .htaccess file.
Thats it.
Please do not jump in with any plugin, search without plugins ways.
