A small suggestion regarding Request Section

Why is mandatory? Just to avoid users reviving old accounts from making requests.
Honestly, I personally, I would increase and plus it like this:
- proper introduction thread
- min 20 posts (not spam)
- min 10 reaction score

But this will only encourage spammers to post and create fake accounts to react on themselves.
Either way revived accounts and spammers are the only things we can't get rid of along with leechers.
