The site breaks when I upload the addons, I also tried it via ftp to the addons directory and it does not recognize it in the system, any recommendations?

Hi @White Devil can you check the plugin zip file it shows as formcraft plugin for wordpress.

@White Devil I have checked this myself and @johnwick is correct.

While the zip file is called academy-lms-live-streaming-class-addon the folder contents are actually formcraft v1.2.4
