than why didnt you say that i want to decode this addon in your first request?
other parts of the add-on are having open source code am not sure which file has or needs to be nulled to bypass the verification but these are the only files which are encoded am guessing one of them may hold the files that need to be nulled

Learn some php and how it works.
Edit: basically if you know any programming language you should know how to do it. Base is the same. What is different is how functions are called, predefined functions and some of the coding structure.
You need to take a look at this php function, in order to understand how it works
For the first pass you need to decode the hex/oct strings back to ascii, copy paste content in the form of this tool:
The second pass is to decode each string encoded with this user function "ab_____", you can find it in the original archive that you posted earlier.
Finally take a look at the entire file decoded and patch the callbacks.
