I checked and after install getting 500 Internal Server Error too when login to dashboard
Issue with path it says

\accountgo\vendor\symfony\http-foundation\Response.php
Line 465: return $_string_header;
change return $_string_header; to return true;

Also comment this line if needed
\accountgo\verification.php
Line 27: //$arrPermissions['.env'] = __DIR__ . "/.env";
