I couldn't log in with the superadmin credentials... I think the problem is the subdomain option? how to adjust the subdomain in hosting, buy the domain separately in hostinger... help

Hello,
I am getting error while doing so, it says 505 server error, I have tried almost everything possible. what other things I might have missed, not sure. Thanks
