anyone was able to update from previous version? i tried to update. it just stuck on blacnk screen with step 1.

after that i backed up the database and upload folder.

than i have installed again a clean ver 3.6.

after that i have erased database and imported previous database file. and uploaded the upload folder.

at this stage evrything works withou the product images only.

thay doesn't appear.

can anyone help?

Is the ZIP intact? I mean is it pre-activated by you or anyone? I installed the previous version and it didn't ask for any activation.

it's not nulled the files are untouched

Do not use this update. You are not able to do alot of things with out it redirecting to activation page. DO NOT UPDATE A LIVE SITE!! I am going to try Nukkmaster and see if his works now that my site is somewhat not working

Image not uploading... That is the issue.. I tried to install... Images like logos and products images not uploading... This is the issue.

Any one sortout ?

i updated using FileZilla...and my database or product img were not affected and the site updated successfully.... simply just extract update.zip and replace with existing root folder public_html
