Change DEBUG on the .env from "false" to "true" file and post here the error you are getting.

after install 3.0 and mobile app v1.1 in checkout page after click place my order not working.
there are still cart item available and order not showing on admin panel.
please check below pic

what can i do?

You need to set SMTP in Admin or orders will fail.
