Issue can mean anything from not sending to being sent 100 times for 1 order.
Don't you want to actually explain a little more about what happens?

Yes i got same issue . My issue is emails go too late .. like delay in time if user registers he/she gets OTP like after 5 mins

When customer make an order. A confirmation mail did not send to them or admin.
I tried to send test email via SMTP, Sendmail in admin panel. One got error, one sent but email never comes.
I'm sure that all my SMTP credential is correct, 'cause I'm using it with another system.

SMTP server is on the same server as your script or on another server?
As you may know SPF require a list of authorized domains/ips to be set prior sending any email otherwise it will fail.
A good idea would be to check your logs and see the error returned, eventually if you have received an email with "cannot be delivered" subject. These emails holds all the information needed for debugging the issue.
Test from my staging server came in less than 10 seconds

You have any spam, av installed? Check your mail queue when registering a new user. Your emails are throttled and this can happen if the email is getting trough slow av/spam screening processes, your server is overloaded, your mail queue is big or if there's an interval cycle set for checking/receiving/sending emails.
I do all the setting . But I can not upload any image in the system. When I try to upload any images it says unable to upload. Can you please help me about this issue ?
