Yes read what it says, it is talking about third party software on your web browser, had the same and turned off extensions like adblockers etc and it worked fine and then turned back on again and still fine.
Why because I put the Pro at the end where it goes 99% of the time, then when it is the 1% and it should be at the start people moan that it is different

yes, I tried again.
But it must be something from my hosting, it is certainly by cloud.
I have already disabled everything, but the problem remains

I have this same issue. Still trying to figure out what may be causing this error to show up.
Same problem, turned off all blocking options, but still see the message and cant use settings
Tested it on local and sandbox and for me just needed to turn off all third party extensions.
However some of you can try this little trick too.
If you get this on screen and plugin tab....
Make sure that all your third party browser extensions are off and then simply click on Check for Update in plugin tab and for some it may change to this.
Once it is working fine, try turning back on third party extensions and see if it affects it anywhere.
