[Advice needed] Video Player?

Guys, I need your advice about a video player.

What I want to achieve is to implement videos(self-hosted) in my WordPress website.
Once the video ends playing a popup/call-to-action button to appear over the video.

Example: The visitor watches the video and 3 seconds before the video finishes, a button link appears on the video and says "Click here to learn more".

Does any of you amazing people, have heard of player with such functionality ?

That’s not a player function it just a bit of ad code added

What theme are you using

I need it to go over the video. I am using Hello theme and Elementor.

Really so your making your own movie theme

Add any player then add the ad code

I think Presto player can do this.
Not entirely sure tho.
