There are two new problems. Edit PHPMYADMIN immediately after installation by logging in.1-) Database > setting > Structure > Add(setting_ipadress after) > setting_is_default > find the relevant line > set ''1''.
2-) Database > theme_pages > Structure > Add(status after) > is_header_menu > find the relevant line > set ''1''.

I found an error
I couldn't find any solution. I am getting this error when importing Excel output language.
(The errors are probably due to the latest version's setup files not having jquery files, different sql tables to be installed)
