It depends which service you are using? Do you use Cloudflare or any CDN free or paid?

We monitorize our hosting and servers uptime. And we didn't see significant downtime.

Can you please open a ticket support with us? Or answer in the same ticket with the link of your post in this thread to know that is you?

Many things can be done. If you are in Shared Hosting and you have a bigger website or using a lot of CPU/RAM please I advice you to move to VPS.

i would love an explaination instead of a drive by saying its bad, my server i bought over 6 months ago, and once it was setup (same day) i have no had no downtime, its just there working, with many websites, i havent had to worry about the servers at all cause it just works.

Since today when I upgraded to your VPS with 8 gig the ssh just times out, I reinstalled my Computer OS and disabled firewall on my router
and allowed my port 22 and now I can't login to your site I click password reset and nothing
your site now says my ip is banned and I can't login
