I tried downloading it, but it didn't give me any virus warnings? and it's straight from Freepik; I didn't make any changes to the file.

I'm not sure about this because I once created a presentation using a freepik template, but I had a licence at the time. However, they did not inquire about the presentation template. Perhaps it is dependent on the company.
