I'm a bit confused, so could you explain please?

If you encoded it (as stated), then you have the original that wasn't encoded!

If however, this is totally incorrect and you want it decoded properly (config-api), then you will need to PM full script. For what it's worth no ionCube Decoding Script can do dynamic keys. They ALL require hand intervention!

I used an external service to decrypt, they gave me a file with the content inside. The above decryption file is just an empty file.
I don't mean to offend or make fun of.

because I'm also using easytoyou, when I told the admin that decode wasn't working they blocked me

I assumed you used external decoder Dezender, for dynamic keys he charge per file 30EURO.
