Failing to do so will end up in your post being deleted and at first a 7 days no-reply ban issued. Continuously breaking these requirements will end up with potential warn or permanent ban.

My intention is good, I want to share it publicly after decoding and nulling it. No offense to others because it is useless otherwise. I believe this is no violation of rules.

This is a WHMCS file, I have the original version that works with this single PHP file. This is an add on, so no other files are included. Just that the license check should be removed.

Hope I am clear now. This file will be shared in Babiato if you can null it.
