As stated in title: am I too old and short memory or things are missing.
I know for sure that somewhere there were clearly stated giveaway rules. Which I cannot find them anywhere now.
Though CyberDevil make a reference to marketplace rule 13 as of giveaway rule it seems that the exact paragraph is missing, as of now being a rule regarding telegram.

So what am I missing here?

It may have happened due to the Babiato crash. I'm sure that it was there, as I was one of the guys who always reported that kind of case.

I think it was that posted those actually, and might have been lost in the crash but I'm sure I saw it the other day.
