This is standard stuff from FB if they notice any unusual activity or at-least if they think something is unusual and block the account. Continue with your review request and make sure nothing is done against their ads policy. They ll review and remove the restriction.

in your attached screenshot in the right side there is a button continue with request, continue and fill in the details or try chatting with the fb team with the above link given by @Clouded and get to know why it was restricted and correct that and request fro a review again.
