I use this shortcode [amazon box="B07V2F9TCZ,B07PC1S2VY,B07W7MQMD7" grid="3" style="light"] in you website for some reason don't load the image.Could you tell me what short code are you using? It might be that... I don't know. This is how it looks like in my website:

Yes, i just tested on my website with bestseller and looks good. This was the shortcoded [amazon bestseller="cascos gamer" items="3" grid="3" style="light"]

Nop, these 2 plugins are compatible and usually I always use them together. Try this maybe fix the problem: Go to Settings > WP Rocket and them go to the up panel and click on regenerating the critical ccs route, like the image. This will and them make a hard refresh in your browser Ctrl + f5. Hope it helps
