It does not depend on the plugin, if you are using woocommerce you can use separate plugins for skrill or paypal etc it is located at payment settingsHI CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHICH PLUGIN IS THIS- WHICH ALLOW USER SUBMIT THERE PUCHASE INFORMATION .......

if you want to add many payment options at the checkout page??
then enable PayPal options and all other at Woocommerce>settings>paymets(tab)
also, install skrill plugin and activate it at woocommerce
