New update 2.6.19 now gives Error: Customizer data is empty! even for old premium sites.
What plugins and theme needed to download premium sites?
BTW, single page download works flawlessly. Issue is with complete premium site download.

I tried to nulled it and it works fine. But the complete site importer not worked, only single page can import data.

Guys, it took me a while, but it worked, I did the full site import tests here and everything was imported completely as you can see in the images.

Inside the main folder we have two files: astra-pro-3.6.8-package and astra-premium-sites-2.6.21-package
Folder (astra-pro-3.6.8-package):
astra-3.6.8.zip
astra-addon-plugin-3.5.8_nulled.zip
astra-addon-plugin-3.5.8_developer.zip
Folder (astra-premium-sites-2.6.21-package):
astra-premium-sites-2.6.21_developer.zip
astra-premium-sites-2.6.21_nulled.zip
# This activation was done with 100% files from the astra-premium-sites-2.6.21 and astra-3.6.8 version.
- Files (nulled) you must use to activate the features.
- Files (developer) are the original files for those who want to compare the edited versions with the original ones.

Note:
What you must do first: If you already have Astra themes and plugins installed, then install only Premium Starter Templates 2.6.21 (astra-pro-sites.zip) and activate and try to import. It worked out very well!
If it is not possible to import the entire site, you should delete all the theme and Astra plugins and install all that are inside the shared folder, This will activate everything without any problems.
I tested both ways and everything went the best way.
