yes, all templates that show up as Premium in the repository templates can be imported

It doesn't work like that. Previously you needed a licensed version to download all the templates and then integrate them. However, with the newest versions, this has changed as well.

I must be missing something, but when importing pages one by one, we don't get dummy data and many widgets, styles, menus, etc etc are missing, rendering the import look completely different and missing lots of parts of the imported pages. Am I missing something (Do I need to install some extra plugin/s?) or is it the way it's supposed to work with the nulled version?

Same here. Unfortunately, it seems there is no reliable way to import this templates.
