I did a fresh install from scratch just to be sure and I didn't have any problems.

I do not have any issues simply overwriting previous versions and testing on local either, the only fresh install I do for this is when test on sandbox and that works fine all the time as clean. 👍

I confirm that this works just fine. however, you need to manually install the required premium plugin(s) e.g. Ultimate Addons for Elementor

Hello everybody,
i have installed everything and it works very well.
The only problem is that I don't find the template I need right :) It's called Innesa Perfumes.
Could it be due to the plugin version? I have installed version 3.1.13

Inessa Perfumes was added in Astra theme v3.9, might not be in this version as was released before that update.

If not see it, try simply syncing library again and selecting just Premium only as shows for me😉

not sure if you guys have encountered such problems that some premium templates cannot be imported e.g. electric scooter. it always says " xml url of the site is empty"

Try other demos and see if you get the same error message returned.

if you don't then it is an issue with that theme itself and you will have to simply use another theme.

Please note that you are using nulled version so there is no guarantees that everything will work 100% unfortunately. 😒

I was able to import successfully before, but this hint is new.

Guess this https://websitedemos.net/ website does domain validation when users get the XML file, non-genuine authorized domain will not be able to get the xml file, so it causes the failure prompt?

I think you can also test it again, it should also fail to import.

Which template are you talking about? I can only assume that you are talking about scooter one as mentioned by other member.

Actually we have had that error before and there are solutions, go back to pages around 31-32 onwards.

The easiest one if you can not import it directly from Premium Starter templates itself, is to simply go into Elementor and add it through the add starter templates option on the page itself.

You might need to go into your Elementor settings and disable default colours and fonts.

Simply choose the one you want and import it, might be page by page but it is a workaround for ones that can't be downloaded normally.

I went way back to v3.1.8 with premium Starter Templates and Scooter still came up with that error whilst others didn't. However, go through page option in Elementor itself and all works fine.
