Hello, frens
I was able to import Premium demos using @neldrew 's method and older versions of the plugins.
I installed the Astra theme and the plugins, then I disabled all the other plugins, except the starter pack.
I chose a premium demo and BAM! Everything worked perfectly!
Thanks to @neldrew and the other dudes here.

I uploaded the plugins in this zip file:

Proof that it works!
(atho some demos may not work, the Haloween demo for example)

Hello friend, I'm glad I read the previous posts and found a solution. There are few who do this!

The Astra plugin has been undergoing several regular updates. I'm waiting a little longer, and as soon as I'm going to make a new tutorial with the necessary updated plugins and video explanation.

So updates should take longer. If you want an updated copy that you can always update from your own WordPress panel without major headaches, you can buy a license from our friend @Medw1311 for a symbolic price and that will take care of your problems.

I managed to get premium demo by Premium Starter in @Dude 's package he has attached and the latest Nulled Astra Pro at https://babiato.tech/threads/astra-pro-extend-astra-theme-with-pro-addon.2513/post-1107568 while everything else (theme, elementor and elementor pro) was up to date.

This is the working nulled version, you can import some premium templates. If you get the below error, that means this template hasn't been uploaded, as the nulled version uses the third-party resource which is not updated as soon as possible.

@Tomz I can't see this demo. Can you please check?
