I wish to ask something that may be pretty obvious to some but not to me. 
Does it help to have both Astra Pro and the Astra Premium Starter Templates? Is Pro a requirement to have before the themes in the Premium Starter Pack can function, or what extra installation do I need to be able to use Premium Starter Templates? Perhaps the Astra theme?

4) Elementor Pro
5) astra premium sites

Why people are adding content that doesnt work, previously Astra was working fine.
I tested this and nothing works, in fact if using localhost using any nonsense XAMP SHAMP crap all demos can import.

On localhost with MAMP it works perfectly and the templates are downloaded without problem.
