Everything works fine but the Agency template demo cannot be installed. When I try to install agency template it says to validate license!!

Put the astra-addon into \wp-content\plugins\, and activate.

about astra theme yes if you not install it before you can install it from theme section
but for update you must use cpanel or ftp
