They have a new header builder. I am really willing to try because the elementor thing is generating too much garbage. Thanks @medw1311 !

You can just download/update it directly from Wordpress as it is a free theme but here you go...3.0.3 anyone? Thanks in advanced for such work
I thought it has to be nulled cuz it keeps asking me to activate the license even when I have the pro addon installed.

Not that I'm aware of. Do all the Pro features work even though it asks for the licence?
Correct, Pro features works as expected but not the other stuff from the theme itself (white label etc etc)
