Having this thread seems to be @Tomz's idea of a joke
Astra is free theme but it has pro plugin. You can install the theme from WP. This is Pro plugin (untouched). It works without null. But you can not install starter sites (demos) until activate

If you are having difficulties, you can pay someone to get this installed for you, with starter templates. Few people out here are installing original license key for a fee. You may try that.
