Any knows how to create an auto update plugin like - https://woocrack.com/automatic-updates/
which provides automatic update in the dashboard.

The use this plugin https://wptoolkit.com/
I assume they bought the plugin and edited the code,simple

I do not think group buy will work here. They will have strict license terms.
