Navigate to Avada/includes/lib/inc/class-fusion-product-registration.php in line 262
Find:
Change 600 to 0PHP:set_site_transient( 'fusion_envato_api_down', true, 600 );
Find: return false; in line 308 and change it to return true;

Tomz's version doesn't throw the Bkav VEX.Webshell warning when scanned with VirusTotal, but your version does. Can you tell us why?
i downloaded from babiato and upload with tomzs method .
we use same version , u can see.
But I'm definitely checking now
