may be other user can resolve your case, My cloud is working fine, I use VPS aapanel, using S3 for storage, url rewrite is default, I set for site directory is /public .httaccess is default all works like charm

I thought it was because of null version but no, it also happen when I bought and used Envato version.

Yea mine is working fine, just make sure that your htaccess is pointed to the root, if not that can cause issue of white-screen, that was an issue I faced.
Previous version I kind of had the same thing happen with different modules, stopped working, no log files showing issue, what I did was reupload over top & allowed overwrite, seem to fix, not sure if will fix anyone else's issue but is a possible try...
