The best one was 911, it provided you with real resident ips and it would hide its logs, unfortunately, they're no more.
There's also Proton VPN and NordVPN, IPVanish will provide you with 1 residential proxy credential.
MullvadVPN is also a good choice

Yep Nord was one time hacked but that is old news from 2019. They have upped their security
for CyberGhost and hotspot, you may be right. Windscribe I don't think so (I've gotta do a throughout search for the cause of your uncertainty toward these two tools.
