That is not an error... set chmod permissions to 777 for those folders.I upload and try to install , showing error as per screen short how can i solve it

There is no install folder, you need to install it manually. Upload files in the root folder and create database... via PHPMyAdmin upload sql file and in core folder find .env file. In .env file enter database credentials... installed.
